Andre has been living in foster care and ready for adoption now.

Andre is a handsome, BIG boy with a personality to match! Independent by nature, he’s just as happy soaking up pats and affection as he is spending time doing his own thing.

This food-loving fellow is always keen for a meal (he’s not fussy!) and especially enjoys long-lasting chew treats and enrichment activities. Playtime in the backyard is one of his favourite hobbies – he loves chasing toys, throwing them around, and showing off his zoomies.

Andre would thrive in a home with a decent-sized yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy the outdoors, as he much prefers being outside over indoors. He is perfectly content as an only dog, though he does enjoy play dates with medium to large breed friends. Since he’s still learning to share his toys with other dogs, he’ll need an owner willing to continue guiding him with this.

He’s a great companion for car rides and walks, though due to his size and strength, Andre is best suited to an experienced and capable owner (not elderly or first-time dog owners). He’s happy to spend the day at home while you’re at work, making him a wonderful match for someone with a busy lifestyle.
