Bandit is living in foster care and now ready for adoption.
Bandit is a friendly, social greyhound who’s happy living in an apartment, townhouse, or house with a yard. He’s fine being left alone during work hours and absolutely LOVES his daily walks.
He’s great with people and other dogs, though he’s still learning to stay calm when meeting them. Bandit could live as an only dog or with a medium to large breed companion. He’s also suitable for a home with children aged 6 and up.
Due to arthritis, Bandit needs a home with minimal or no stairs, and requires monthly injections to manage this.
Bandit would suit someone who enjoys including their dog in daily activities. He’s cheerful, affectionate, and ready to be part of your life.
Bandit’s suitability:
✅ Great for apartment or townhouse living
✅ Full time working family
✅ No more than a few stairs or no stairs please – great with an elevator!
✅ Can live with medium to large dog
✅ Suitable for older children 6+ years
If you are interested in adopting Bandit, submit an adoption application form and our adoption officer will contact you to discuss your family’s requirements and match you with the right GAP greyhound for you. More information is available on the adoption process.
Greyhounds can be at different stages in their development as they transition to pet life. The greyhound that is perfect for your family might take some time to match.
Our greyhounds are not all tested with cats, livestock, or poultry. If you have a home with these, please contact us and we will match you with the right greyhound for your circumstances.
