Thumper is a gorgeous black greyhound with a heart as big as his goofy smile. He’s friendly to everyone he meets and is a biggg foodie — treats are definitely the way to his heart!
This happy boy loves to play and occasionally gets the zoomies, so a family that enjoys walks, outings, and adventures would be perfect for him. He was recently returned from his previous home through no fault of his own and is now ready to find his forever family.
Thumper would love a home with another playful medium-to-large dog for company, or with someone who is home often. He can get a little over-eager when asking for cuddles, so he’s still learning his “calm manners” and would be best suited to a home with older, dog-savvy kids who understand his size and enthusiasm.
He also has an independent streak and enjoys taking himself off for some quiet time now and then — the perfect balance of loving companion and low-maintenance buddy.
When it comes to mealtimes, Thumper prefers a bit of space while enjoying his breakfast or dinner.
