Adoption applications are now open for Dudley.

Dudley is a friendly, sensitive young boy who likes to take his time getting to know new people and surroundings. While he may be a little reserved at first, once he feels safe and comfortable, his affectionate and loving nature really starts to shine. He forms strong bonds with his people and enjoys being close by, making him a lovely companion for someone willing to give him the time and support he needs to settle in.

He has a playful side too, especially when toys are involved, and he often feeds off the energy of his people. When he’s feeling happy and relaxed, Dudley loves to let loose with a few playful zoomies, showing off his fun and cheeky personality.

Dudley can socialise with small to large canine friends and is generally happy doing his own thing in the yard, though he will sometimes try to initiate play, particularly with his larger mates. He could suit either a single-dog home where someone is around more often to give him the support and companionship he enjoys, or a home with a well-matched canine friend to keep him company.

As a sensitive young dog, Dudley will benefit from a home that can provide clear direction, gentle guidance and consistency. With patient people who can help build his confidence and show him the ropes, he is likely to continue coming out of his shell and grow into a beautifully devoted companion.

Dudley could also suit a calmer home environment where he can feel secure, understood and included as part of the family. For the right home, he has all the makings of a sweet, playful and very rewarding best friend.
