Adoption applications are now open for Jack.
Meet Jack, the boy who proves that you really can have it all! Handsome? Absolutely. Gentle? Beyond words. Polite? So much so that we’re half expecting him to start holding doors open and asking if you take sugar in your tea. Jack is a lovely big, calm boy who is perfectly content simply being by your side. He doesn’t need to be the centre of attention or demand the world from you; just being together is enough. He’ll wander over for a little check-in, gaze up at you with those impossibly soft, melt-your-heart eyes, and suddenly you’ll find yourself rearranging your entire life around this beautiful boy. Consider yourself warned!
But don’t let that calm, gentlemanly exterior fool you into thinking Jack is all serious business. This sweet boy has a playful side, too! When he met our assessor boys, he greeted them with the most beautiful manners and promptly threw in a play bow to let them know he was ready to make friends. And little Winston? Well, Jack was absolutely smitten! Watching this big boy interact so gently and sweetly with the boys were enough to make anyone’s heart burst. He was so lovely with them that we know Jack would truly thrive in a home with a canine companion of his own. Someone to share his days with, enjoy a little playtime, and remind him that life is even better when you have a mate by your side.
We can also imagine Jack being a wonderful friend to a little human, too. With his gentle nature and calm, loving presence, he has all the makings of a very special family companion. Of course, as with any dog, sensible supervision and respectful interactions are important. And what about feline friends? Jack may well be able to share his home with a cat, pending proper introductions and careful assessment. He really is a boy with so much love to give, and we would love to see him find a home where he can share that love with both his people and
a furry friend.
So, if you’ve been waiting for a sign to welcome a big, soft-hearted gentleman into your life, consider this your official Jack-pot! He’s handsome, humble, sweet as can be, and has absolutely no interest in playing hard to get. Jack just wants to be part of your world, check in to make sure you’re still wonderful, and quietly steal your heart one gentle moment at a time. He may be a Jack of all trades, but we suspect his greatest talent is going to be being your very best friend. Could your home be the place where Jack finally gets his happily, ever after?
