Rocky

Rocky is a young, happy gentleman with a playful spirit and a love for adventure. He’s looking for an active family who would love a cheerful companion to share life’s outings, backyard fun and everyday moments with.

Rocky loves playing with toys, spending time in the yard and joining in with his people. He has an inquisitive nature and enjoys exploring his surroundings, taking everything in, and of course making time for a little sunbaking and play. He would really love a home with a yard of some kind — it doesn’t need to be huge, just enough space for him to potter, play and enjoy the outdoors.

He has a lovely balance of playfulness and self-awareness, and he also enjoys a few cuddles when the moment is right. Rocky is polite around food and, with his friendly nature, could suit a home with slightly younger dog-savvy children through to teenagers. As he is still a young dog, he will need a family committed to continuing his training, guiding him with clear boundaries, and helping him grow into the best version of himself.

Rocky is relaxed around other dogs, from small to large, and for such a young boy he is already quite good at reading social cues from his canine friends. He understands when another dog isn’t interested in playing and responds well, which is a lovely quality. Because he enjoys interaction, Rocky could do very well in a home with a friendly canine companion.

Rocky is a bright, loving young dog with so much to offer. For a family ready to give him guidance, fun and plenty of companionship, he will make a wonderful and devoted addition.
