APPLICATIONS ARE ON HOLD, CURRENTLY MATCHED TO A FAMILY.
Willow is a sweet and happy young lady who’s discovering the fun side of life. Her soft, soulful eyes will melt your heart during cuddle time, and she loves leaning into her favourite people for affection. If she’s feeling particularly cheeky, you might even get a playful forehead kiss, just like she did with the team at GAP when picking up her toys—this girl has such a lovable personality!
Willow is gentle when interacting with other dogs. While she might find little dogs running around a bit intriguing, it’s only because she’s curious about what they’re up to! A playful and polite medium-to-large canine friend would suit her well. Once she’s comfortable, Willow loves to play bow and invite her new buddy to join her in a game—it’s a joy to watch her playful side emerge.
While Willow is sweet as can be, she is also youthful and bouncy, so a home with older, dog-savvy kids (10 years and up) would be the best fit for her. Her excitement and energy mean that she’ll need space to stretch her legs, making a home with a yard—whether at a townhouse or a house with more room—ideal. She enjoys her zoomies and is just beginning to discover how much fun toys can be, so having some outdoor space to play will help her thrive.
Willow’s love of food is a big bonus when it comes to training—treats will quickly win her over and help her learn new things with ease. Despite her foodie tendencies, she’s polite and responds well when you set boundaries, so saying "no" or asking her to leave something alone is no trouble at all.
