Bert is a happy boy, he can be a bit excitable when meeting new dogs so a home that is willing to take him to group obedience and continue working on this would be ideal. He is still a bit bouncy so older kids would be best.  He could live with a tolerant medium/large breed dog. House with a yard is required.
